“Very good prices and in most of cases good items. The process of return is a bit cumbersome - you have only one shot of catching the courier to pass your returned item to them if you miss them you need to pay £10 in charges.”

“The site is overall well laid out and has good indexing. Each items information is comprehensive. However, at times the pages were slow to scroll. Also, the 'sort by ' drop down facility leaves a lot to be desired. For instance, if you are searching for desktop PCs, and then to get closer to what you are seeking you select 'sort by price--lowest' pages and pages of related items appear, that are only remotely connected to the PCs you are searching for! A comparison facility would also be useful. ie click items so that they can be compared side by side after the user has sorted out a rough idea of what they want to purchase. I hope this helps and I win the prize!”

“Order process seemed very easy. We won't know how good the delivery service is until next week, but hopefully all will be well. We are using the click and collect, which is a local newsagent a couple of miles away. this is a good service, as we cannot guarantee to be in every minute of the day, so can choose when to pick up.”

“This review is based on the purchasing experience only. I needed a new graphics card for my PD; the existing is not Win10 compatible. After a hunt around I came up with a suitable device and ebuyer had the best price even before postage. I could arrange for it to come to my work address easily so that makes it easier to receive delivery. So far I am a happy customer.”
