“Rubbish data handling. Claimed I wasn't a member until I tried to join and then said I was, but still refused my password. It took about 10 mins to sign in. I hope their delivery and payment systems are better. I used PayPal because I am concerned about eBUyer's competence”

“I hate convoluted ordering processes so for me the ebuyer site works very well. All the information one needs is to hand, including impartial reviews (most important) and full product descriptions. I like to 'drill down' into the detailed descriptions before deciding upon a purchase and normally all the facts (and more) are well provided for on the site. However, I would like to see warranty information elevated to the top of the product details as in this instance I had to search down below the review area to find it. This is an important consideration when comparing rival outlets. My only other comment (and I am sure you are aware of this) is the similarity of the name 'ebuyer' to 'ebay'. For first time buyers I think there is a confusion about the type of products you sell as the website names are so similar. ebay is a bidding site (mostly) whereas ebuyer is a retail site selling brand new, warranted products. They are different business models but I would suggest the confusion could be more damaging to ebuyer than to ebay. I hope you find this useful.”
