“I tried to place an order online but when i came to checkout and entered my email to checkout as a guest i was told that i already had an account and please log in, which took me by surprise as i had no memory of any previous order. I tried to reset my password but ebuyer failed to send me the proscribed email in order to do so. I rang the help line, answered a few questions and it transpired that i had placed an order back in 2004, the operator gave me a temporary password that was valid for 40 minutes and i went back online and everything went smoothly and i successfully placed my order. So no complaints about the order process and i obviously went to ebuyer because the price was right.”

“Ebuyer on the whole is very good. Fast delivery if your prepared to pay through the nose for it. Its real a same that their Collect + service is not available on all items bought from them. Its so much easier to get an email and pop up to your local Collec + location, than have to wait in all day for a parcel post!!”

“I'd say it has been one of my go to places for all tech related stuff. Providing it has stock. What I really like about eBuyer, is that it does plenty of promotional deals/ offers on daily/ weekly basis. The price point and delivery charge overall is decent at times. I've not had any faulty products from these guys. Thank you eBuyer for quality assurance.”
