“HAPPY WITJ THE PRODUTS BUT SIGNING IN IS VERY HARD. I COULDNT REMEMBER MY PASSWORD AFTER 3 TRIES. I OPTED FOR THE FORGOTTEN PASSWORD AND WAS TOLD MY BIRTHDATE AND EMAIL ADDRESS DIDNT MATCH AND WAS THEREFORE NOT A RETURNING CUSTOMES. THEN I TRIED TO LOG IN AS A NEW CUSTOMER. WHEN I DID THIS I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS ALREADY ON THEIR BOOKS!!!!! IN THE END I GOT MY HUSBAND TO REGISTER WITH THEM,,,,, BUT WHAT A PALAVA!!!! OTHER THAN THAT VERY PLEASED IN ALL DEALINGS!!!”

“This is the second time I have had great(!!!) difficulty in paying for an item. The system would not let me use Paypal and I had to reset my password three times before I was able to move on. All in all a difficult procedure. This is the second time ( may be the third) that this has happed to me. Previously the 'help line' told me that is was a new computer system. That is now difficult to believe. If this happens again I will shop elsewhere. David Davey”

A friend's tablet died yesterday, and he is going away at the weekend.
