“It is a very easy shopping experience for items that you need but don't want to spend hours searching for. Experience tells me that the prices are as good as you will get anywhere (notwithstanding special offers elsewhere on occasion). Delivery is always good. Thankfully I have rarely had to return anything as the process is a pain. Only do it if you NEED to return and not just WANT to return it. The system is (I think) designed to discourage the 'changedmyminders').”

“Site constantly presents a bullshit promotional lightboxed overlay on EVERY page you view. Also, chat window opens without being requested. This is like a stupid sales assistant in a shop coming over and asking if you need help with anything the second you walk in the store. If I want help, I'll ask for it!”
