“Ebuyer is a comprehensive store for all kinds of consumer goods. What really differentiates it from a lot of the other large online retailers is that it looks and feels like a much more curated store, one that doesn't get clogged up with a lot of junk, cheap alternatives that you're not sure will work or not. And that's the thing about a lot of other stores, when there are so many different products, it's hard to tell which ones are genuine, and product information is usually missing or incomplete, and as a customer, you're left wondering whether or not what you're buying will actually work. When I don't want to play roulette with my electronics, I come to Ebuyer. As I said, the product information is comprehensive, the products are top-quality, and the order process is clean and clear. The prices are sometimes higher than elsewhere, but you're paying for your confidence in your purchase. I used to always choose Ebuyer for major purchases on the past (anything worth more than £100), and felt vindicated when talking to our office IT manager, who also recommended Ebuyer ahead of other places to buy from.”

“I have purchased items on 3 occasions from ebuyer. Pros: An excellent service. Each time I have looked on the website they have had my required product in stock, and the price has been amongst the most competitive on the web. Delivery has been impressively prompt - for example I placed an order last thing on a Friday evening and received it on Saturday morning. Cons: When you make a purchase from ebuyer, you are automatically added to a mailing list and receive emails from them 6 days a week about their current offers. I have never read any of these emails and directed them straight to the 'junk' folder. On these emails, there is at least an easy to follow link to unsubscribe, but it's a bit of a nuisance to have to do this and it actually puts me off ordering from them more frequently.”

“My independent research backed up the high reviews that eBuyer was showing me for the product I purchased, which leads me to better trust the product claims in general on the site. I also liked that they were up front about the fact that a PayPal transaction might require additional delivery fees due to the fact that it required a signature. This also gives me confidence that they are a company that knows how to mitigate fraud issues and so keep their costs down.”
