“Maybe the only company that have always come good for me in over ten years. Usually everything is smooth and no problem at all. Twice things have gone wrong (once I got the same item delivered three times, once they failed to deliver a large consignment). On both occasions they put the problem right quickly and helpfully. Nothing is perfect, but you want a company with proper customer service to fix things when there's a glitch - and they always have.”
