“Hey guys just wanted to share the fact that these guys are brilliant. I received a motherboard which was faulty and after contacting Luke at technical support within minutes a next day collection was setup by ebuyer.co.uk. Luke also said I could return a DDR3 ram stick that I had ordered mistakenly instead of a DDR4! Inside the same return parcel as the faulty motherboard, saving me time and money even though it was my mistake. Minutes after a replacement order was placed and then promptly delivered to a location of my choice - next day for only £2.98 whilst refunding me the first next day delivery charge on the faulty mother board which was £4.98 approx off top of my head. Take home points: High demand products in stock Fast ordering and cheaper next day delivery compared to overclockers Hassle free returns at no cost if faulty excellent customer service (U.K call centre) Have already recommended ebuyer to all my gaming and tech-head communities/networks”

“Very difficult to purchase. Major problems on check out - 4th attempt with 4th card. Original card payment went through but order not picked up therefore we have to wait for money to be put back to card. Had to ring 4 times plus echat. Noone able to help or take order over phone although problem on site”
