“Comprehensive catalogue of products, and with persistence you can normally pin down the actual product you want. The Lists concept could be implemented better, for those not interested in 'following' others or sharing their own! The Personal account link seems to be buried away at the bottom of the page in small print, as if not important. It should be prominent at the top menu bar to convey the feeling that your custom is valued, which I'm sure it is. Good incentives offered by the site through post-free vouchers and discounted prices, though I question the practice of showing ex VAT prices. Have been a customer for quite some time, so got to know the site well!”
