“The website is really easy to use and navigate. I was shopping for a relatively high-spec laptop, so detailed product information was very important. I noticed an inconsistency in the product description, so used the help Chat feature to speak to an adviser. Despite it being a busy time of year, between xmas and new year, I got a prompt and helpful response, and they offered to process the order for me there and then. Completing the order myself was quick and easy, and I especially like the feature that allows you to change your order number to a more easily memorised reference of your choice. This should be more obvious on the order confirmation page as it's a great idea!”
