“When you can combine the low prices on eBuyer with any postage offer, it is the cheapest well known site on the web. I have found cheaper but usually with unknown companies or on eBay but with a condition e.g. no disc or something else, So they are usually the site I start with and often end with. Peter”

“Since finding out about Ebuyer I have bought all of my computing components from here. The reviews are great, it's real people's experience and can often make the difference between a good or bad purchase. However, I dislike how there is no free delivery option for items. Paying £4 for a 5 working day delivery seems a bit harsh. And sometimes I feel like there aren't many options (under gaming keyboard section, there was only two keyboards which I would consider 'budget').”

“Positive things are the fact that I can earn Nectar points by going through the Nectar site first and that I can use Paypal - always my favourite way to pay. On the downside, it was really difficult to find the product I wanted, even through I could find it on eBuyer via Googling the product itself straight away. I ended up having to find it via Google and cut and paste the product number into the search - and there it was! Why it didn't show up when I searched by the specific product name is beyond me!”

“Ebuyer has been good to me so far, they dont always get a lot of stock in and dont always seem to get things when they are first released but at least the prices can be reasonable. ebuyer is like the amazon of electronics except amazon three quaters of the time gets the descriptions wrong while ebuyer gets them right. i just sent out an order for all the parts of a whole new pc... cant wait to recieve the parts and get it built! :D”

“Very good customer service, I did have one problem with returning an item which I still have for a long time now, but apart from that delivery timings are perfect, and not had a problem with all but 1 of my items. I would definitely use Ebuyer time after time as it's my main source of purchasing bits and bots for my PC! I would've rated Very good rather than good but as I had that one problem with returning an item which didn't work on delivery it's only 4 stars from me but good job Ebuyer!”
