“I have been a customer of Ebuyer since the year dot. I don't generally do this review thingy and I am not getting paid for it. I was asked for an opinion as a long term user of the site so here it is, warts and all. 1. The site is really easy to use, safe secure and user friendly. I pointed my 86 year old silver surfer dad to the site and he has been a big fan. Before you say anything. In his days he wrote fortrans and cobol for early machines so windows was a learning process for him. 2. I must have bought over 100 articles from here and out of them all, maybe 5 or 6 failures. 3. Send in a enote, explain, each time the matter has been resolved amicably so I have to be honest, I have no complaints. I have never been left with an un-resolved situation. As I said previously I leave my elderly dad to rake this site and I don't worry. 4. My dad had 2 failed external drives, I'm sure he dropped one, but wont admit it. 2nd one was caused by him using a 10 year old unpowered usb1 port. He spoke to customer services and matter resolved. No stress either way. I don't do reviews so I don't know what I'm meant to say, but this is from me, my gut, my feelings. Sorry if I rambled on but to me this is a safe site and recommended. Confirmed purchases since year dot Gordy”

“Love Ebuyer, huge range, very competitive pricing, some cheaper, some not so much, but overall. a much better experience than with some of the HUGE online places. The few issues i have have were more to do with a previous carrier that Ebuyer kicked into touch. I can spend all day comparing prices to save a few pounds, however buying everything from Ebuyer I know i can return the goods if there are any problems and their RMA process is customer friendly. I do not have to think twice, if i want electronic goods & components , I buy with confidence from Ebuyer.”

“My card details were stolen from my last purchase. I had to fight with my bank to be refunded the £300. I do not know if the Police followed up the complaint but probably not. Disgraceful. How did they get my card details, EBUYER???”
