The feedback model is perfect, where you prompt people to highlight both positive and negative options. I did find it a bit tricky to work out some compatyability issues, but a combination fo google and your chat help made it simpler. Would use again”

“I've had no problems with Ebuyer in the past they've always been really good and have reasonable prices but I've recently gone through a return with them and I wasn't that impressed with it. I bought a Corsair 1200i power supply just over a year ago and with it being one of the more expensive power supplies it shouldn't really be breaking after a year but I had a 10 year warranty thankfully with the first adviser saying I was entitled to have it either repaired or replaced, I was happy until I received the email today saying that I will be getting a refund, not of the £230 I paid but of £170 even with 10 years warranty. Not sure why but thought I would be honest and say that I'm not that happy with it. Other than this issue, I've had no previous problems and I've bought quite a few things from here. Thanks”
