“Always have the lowest or close to the lowest prices around (I kick myself for delaying on a couple of crazy deals and then missing out). Customer support staff very friendly and helpful when I entered in a delivery address incorrectly; they sorted it out within a couple of minutes. I know that when buying software you can't chance it with the big and powerful A as there is so much counterfeit software being sold by dodgy resellers hence putting my faith in Ebuyer because if anything goes wrong I'm dealing with only one seller and not a 'subseller' (and did I mention that the prices are cheaper than Microsoft's?). Great company, keep it up!”

“I have been trying to buy a new laptop since 2nd August. It is now 7th August. The problem is not with the product which I have not yet received, but with your payment method. I have made any number attempts to buy the Dell Vostro and each time payment has been refused. I have checked with your customer services and they tried to be helpful but to no avail. I do not know what the problem is but trying to get you to accept my money has been a challenge... a very odd way for a commercial outfit to behave. Andrew Peake”
