“I have used E-buyer for many years, purchasing TV's laptops & replacement parts etc and I have always found the browsing easy and a large varied stock available. It happens that when I need something, Ebuyer happen to have the item at the best price (and I do compare, including Amazon). This time Ebuyer was Ā£20 + cheaper. The Click and collect is another bonus as it allows me to pick up when it suits me. I have also had cause to use the online chat which was extremely helpful when selecting a replacement PS4 hard drive plus gaining understanding of how to set the drive up.”

“- Bought a PC from Ebuyer. Paid for next day delivery; came 2/3 days later. Contacted customer service to then be refunded a couple of pounds out of the around Ā£10 pounds I paid for, when I had the option of free delivery. Money worst spent, and ruined the buying experience. Though the PC came in working/fine condition, and haven't had any major issues with it”
