“Had the product I wanted at a good price. Other suppliers said they couldn't get any stock in my location. EBuyer delivers to a local convenience store and I can pick it up when it suits me - fantastic. No cards through the door and a long queue at the post office for a surly bloke to tell me it isn't ready for me to pick up because it only came back to the depot 15 hours ago. Come back tomorrow - or never. Nice simple web page, loads quickly and reliably without any vanity graphics. Quick to use, simple, easy to read with clear, large fonts and good contrasting colour choices. Excellent. All relevant information clearly to hand. These unusual features betray your desire and effort to achieve an easy purchasing experience for your customers. Well done.”

“I was happy to buy a laptop at a good price with good review so thank you. Whilst ordering I was given the option to 'chat' to someone so that is good though I only had a simple question - as to whether I could buy two air dusters as that option was given to me as an add-on. He suggested I added them to my order myself. I seemed unable to select two but I discovered that that option is no longer available. That would be my only comment that you might like to consider - with the additional options, ensure that more than one of each can be bought and ensure they are actually available. Anyway, thank you for the order. Now I shall wait and see what the laptop is like when it arrives which will be true test. Goodbye and thank you!”
