“Item says FREE delivery, and specifically states Monday delivery, but when you go to checkout it says pay for Tuesday delivery at £8+. Not sure whether to select free within 5 days, but need it on the Monday. Can't call Ebuyer either to confirm either way since your customer support is only open Monday to Friday.”

“Always a clean shopping experience and clear, concise product information but more detail on technical products such as computer components would be helpful as well as links to video reviews on those that suit it, for example, "how to remove" videos on Thermal Paste products or product review videos on computer cases, etc.”

“Generally most of the stuff here attracts free delivery (and if it doesn't you can find something you want to boost the total over £50 to get it [£50 is a bit steep for free delivery - Amazon does it for £20, and sometimes on less - hence the rating] and it generally arrives before they say it will).”
