“I was contemplating too long on buying Laptop again from Ebuyer...but even after talking with Toshiba to get a deal matching that of Ebuyer, I was convinced, rather because Toshiba also couldn't offer me better deal ( though they came very close and tried to match the offer from Ebuyer after lot of coaxing), that I its a better deal from Ebuyer with so much other things also to offer. I also spent an extra 10Quid to deliver though it was free direct from Toshiba...and next day delivery. However I decided to buy the SATA to USB from elsewhere as I couldn't find a better deal from ebuyer.”

“It infuriates me, and many others in the Highlands, why you charge extra for delivery to our area. You state that you are using Royal Mail and have the same charges for ALL of UK. It is almost like some kind of penalty tax! What it is really is a rip off. Just as well your prices are very reasonable. I amy say also that when Amazon say Super Saver free delivery, that is exactly what it is, free delivery anywhere in the UK.”

“I have used Ebuyer for many years now, have spent an obscene amount of money with Ebuyer, i have created a few accounts for some of my customers so i can order directly on their accounts too. Price is about the cheapest with out going to unknown/ebay sellers. There is a very good ever increasing choice of products, ranging from cheap to high quality. Quite well indexed stock, could be better (different category names that are actually the same).but better than most. delivery is allways fast even on the super saver. But i have had various issues with citylink (courier) over the last few years, down to the drivers lazyness. I have read some very bad reviews about ebuyer especially about after sales problems, these stopped me using ebuyer for some time, but i now use ebuyer regularly again and have never had any issues with ebuyer (2 rma`s dealt with pain free). My supplier of choice for pc/network stuff. Return issues are easy/pain free.”

“There are positive and negative points that i have about Ebuyer. Let's start with positive. the good things about buyer is the lack of tracking the placed order. This means that you can track your recently purchased products from your email and it is really easy and simple to do it. The negative side of the website is the lack of waiting for the product. this means waiting for the delivery time. Well, it's not really their fault. In conclusion i think that they should deserve a thumbs up.”
