“The availability of parts in stock is great and it's worth checking here when using a service like part picker as it doesn't always show up. Haven't recieved goods yet but delivery options are a bit on the steep side of reasonable.”

“I Have used Ebuyer for several years now and only had great service. There has been times when I needed to ask advice and that has been freely given by what seam to be knowable staff. Not sure about order only on line some times it is good to place an order with some one you to talk it through with but I am a bit old fashioned on that one.”

“For some reason buying using my card was tricky as had to place order twice - the first time there was no indication if the order had gone through. Also the user setup lists are difficult to find - the only way i was able to find my list was to click add something to list and then view list. Other than that i have bought many things from Ebuyer and remains my preferred method of buying computer equipment.”

“eBuyer used to be let down badly by the 3rd party courier firm, so much so that I stopped ordering from them as CityLink were useless even in fairly central London. Glad to see this has since changed and eBuyer is really good agin. Great prices and now reliable delivery... winner in my book!”

“The only suggestion I could make is a special instructions box. I understand a signature is required for the delivery but I have trustworthy neighbours who I am happy to sign on my behalf a take in the delivery. I am a shift worker and find it difficult to find the best time to order to ensure that I'm home for delivery.”
