“My company (Herefrd Computers) has purchased items from Ebuyer for more than 10 years. There are a number of reasons whey we are happy with the service provided by Ebuyer. 1) We mainly purchase computer parts and it is unusual not to be able to source the parts we require from Ebuyer, which saves a lot of effort - They must have a very big warehouse ! 2) Delivery options are very good, from next day (postage costs). to 5 days (no postage charges) Chris Coleman (www.herefordcomputers.com) 3) Their record keeping, as a business we sometimes need to track sales that occurred many years ago, we can do this by signing into our Ebuyer account and looking in the ledger. At the moment I think our records on Ebuyer go back to our first purchase (10 or more years ago). 4) Their prices, we find prices to be very competative. Obviously we cannot cross check everything but occasionally we do.”

“This morning Ebuyer has send me an excellent offer for HP printer and has also advised me how to claim cashback from HP for that printer which brings down the total price to less than £20. This is less than a set of printer cartridge. I am very happy to have availed of the deal and I hope Ebuyer will deliver quickly and give me no opportunity to complain.
