“Ebuyer generally tend to be a good shopping experience. Just beware of the following; - Yodel has become one of Ebuyer's main Couriers and my experience of Yodel is not good. - Aftercare service is a little lacking, example being I had a PSU blow up and they could not replace it like for like so I had to shell out extra £ to get the next one up. Otherwise would reconmend”

“I have used ebuyer a lot over the years. No major complaints. Slight problem with delivery sometimes with things not arriving the next day as they should. The Mutual Points aspect doesn't work though. Ive complained to them and they say its ebuyer not having the details. I gave up. Was like dealing with idiots.”

“The website is nicely laid out and the use of an external rating system works well. The only issue I had was when I chose my delivery address for it to be overwritten by my Paypal home address with no option to change it. I spotted this before clicking confirm although I have not been that lucky on previous orders. Normally you get the option to change the delivery address in the Paypal website. This does beg the question why bother offering a delivery address option stage in the process if you are going to ignore it at checkout. Other than that, this is my first choice for components.”

“Good and well layed out website with clear prices. Too often these days you think you're getting a good deal until you get stung with VAT or delivery charge at the end. Ebuyer makes it clear. This, along with a very large selection of products, makes them a really good website to use. (used to order a new business desktop for work in a small office in London).”
