“Have been most disappointed with it, having been given a gift voucher for 10% off , made a purchase charged full amount and have been given no assistance in getting the 10% taken off the bill, if this 10% is not applied then items will be returned. Several items I noted which I would have purchased have bee n placed on the backburner. Replies in 24 hrs is a bit of a mockery., Hard to get a reply of any sort. R.Lloyd”

“I wrote to Eckman requesting help with a problem I had with a Strimmer. All that I received from them as a reply to my query was their current catalogue. This contained no help whatsoever. I believe that I am being generous with 1 star. M England”
