Terrible company who share personal data with other customers! I wrote to Eckman to complain about them delivering a customers product to my house which was not mine. I looked for the customer online searching their name to no avail. I kept the plant here for a week or so not knowing what to do with it. Then a very cross lady turned up at my house claiming I'd stolen her plant. She entered my property without my permission and was extremely rude. The worst thing about all of this, is that Eckman had given her my address. I have attempted to contact them but have been ignored since April!

I bought 3 dwarf fruit trees so did expect them to be small and in the small print it said pictures for guidance only. But i did not expect to get 3 small dead looking twigs all strapped together not even seperate. Digraceful no idea how they can send this rubbish to anyone never mind charge £29.99 for 3 dead looking twigs and £4.99 postage. If i return them it will cost me prob another £5 so £10 postage for nothing. I just want people to be aware what you are buying they should be a picture or a description of what it is like but then nobody would buy its a total con utter rubbish.

Waited for 6 weeks & still no delivery. Each time I called they give me excuse after excuse. I cancelled my order & asked for refund. I’ve now waited over 2 weeks for my money back. They said they had paid me back. Lies Lies & more Lies. I be definitely taking this further. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don’t buy anything from this company - absolute con - nothing arrives. Wish I had read reviews before ordering!! Now trying to recoup money from credit card company

Ordered 2 weeks ago, still nothing after paying for 48 hour dispatch. They don't answer emails presumably so you ring their premium rate phone line instead to be messed about, feels like being scammed to me. Do not use this company I have had to charge back via credit card and suggest anyone else dealing with them do the same.

Ordered 2 garden chairs more than 2 weeks ago, I phoned to check when I would receive the order was told not in stock, was not told this when ordered but they took my money . I’m still waiting for reply to emails. Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews first. Absolutely furious .

ordered a face tanning machine the beggining of february.the item came faulty.i have sent it back on he 26th of February and since I was waiting patiently for the replacement.i contacted customer service several times and 3times they gave me 3different timings when they expect their stock.14-20-31 of march.untrusty company, wasting time and money ordering from eckman!

For your information. I have now binned my 2 year old non-working, not much used garden vac. Many reports here share my anger at total lack of any communications from Eckman, but I see that according to Companies House Eckman UK has one director and one employee (possibly the same person) so don't expect any help or any response from "customer service" when your product breaks down. The government report is freely available online and mkes ineresting reading.

Don’t buy from this company I wish I had read the reviews first there customer service is the worst I have ever had dealings with the number on their website is a premium number they don’t reply to emails they seem to take your money but not the goods I’m assuming now I can kiss my money goodbye

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering still waiting on an item I purchased on 18th of February still haven't been updated on anything ignores my emails got to be the worst experience I have had wouldn't recommend buying anything from this scam company

I also wish I had read these reviews before placing an order on 31st Jan. As of today, 20th Feb, the goods are still to arrive. As others report, no response from "support" either by email or phone. I suspect this company is in trouble but that is no excuse for not fulfilling orders for which they have accepted payment.

This company is an absolute nightmare. The staff on the telephone lines sound like they have learning difficulties and keep you on for so long whilst they consult their manuals and supervisors. Not only that but turns out you’re paying for their incompetence because it’s a premium rate number. Avoid at all costs.

Nothing, was about to order the extending Hedge Trimmer but, thankfully, read the reviews on here. Thanks to everyone who has reviewed what seems a shambolic company and I hope you get some recompense. Off to order from Argos, Screwfix or Toolstation where I may pay more but at least can collect the same day!

Ordered something over a week ago. Item still not here. Phoned them and they said the item was out of stock when I made the purchase. Still took my money though. Paid an extra tenner for next-day delivery and still waiting. There was nothing on the website to say the item was out of stock. If Argos had what I was looking for, I wouldnt be waiting for it from this stupid company.

I ordered low value item 24th January. Still not received it although they charged 4.95 for 48 hour delivery. I sent an email to support 29th about 9 o'clock but no response. I have just gone in to reviews and wish I had done this before I ordered because there are so many negative reviews. I shall have a word with the correct authorities to see if anything that can be done to stop this company from trading .
