I ordered AND SENT PAYMENT for a further two items in early NOVEMBER ! I have still not received these although my cheque was of course cashed,after about five phone calls I was told twice that the goods had been sent off,this was totally untrue as it turned out NOTHING had been sent and I am still waiting for a refund. Ordered a pair of slippers on Dec 5th, received an email saying out of stock but would be delivered about the 15th Dec. Still waiting. No reply to my email. Telephone is never answered. If this is not resolved by the end of the week will refer the matter back to Paypal and get money refunded. Customer services non existant !!!

Ordered an item from their brochure on Nov. 30th, 2014. Supposedly "guaranteed delivery by Christmas if ordered before Dec.21st". Nothing after one week, so phoned to chase and told item out of stock, would be delivered within five days of Dec 15th. By Dec 24th no sign of delivery, so e-mailed customer services to request refund of payment. One week later, no reply. Unbelievably poor service!

Ordered 3 items 3 December was told one was out of stock but would be in by 15th December and they would post on. Then told it would be sent out in 72 hours. Then I was told it was dispatched on the 19 December. I still await delivery as of 28th of December. I dont believe anything they tell me now. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I am consulting a solicitor on this matter for advice. I am out of pocket for 128 pounds with nothing to show for it. Dont use them. I dont know if I will ever see these items.

Ordered a hedge trimmer as a Christmas gift for my son on 14th of December 2014. Was told max 5 working days delivery which would have been Friday the 19th or Monday 22nd at latest. Either way I was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Still hadn't received my gift on Tuesday 23rd, so I phoned eckman customer services and was told that my item was with yodel and was due to be delivered by 8pm that evening. Absolute lies!!! No delivery was made and when I contacted yodel on Christmas Eve I was informed that they haven't even received the item in the first place. I have been trying to contact eckman all day, but sure enough nobody there to speak to, Automated line. Surprise surprise. Joke of a company. I could have got this item elsewhere if I'd have been informed there was a problem. Please do not order from this company. Nothing but liars. Quick enough to take my money, Wonder when I will receive my refund????? Great Christmas gift, thanks very much eckman!!!!!!!!

Ordereded in November still waiting . apparently part of order out of stock but I had to do the chasing to find this out . why does it not come up when ordering and paying . not happy at all L

13.10 I ordered two items by post for £179.98. Cheque encashed at once. 31.10 I phoned. Told waiting for main item, would send the other. 12.11 Still nothing. Told delivery within a week, after email notification. 26.11 No email but main item (only) on step. Contained note claiming to include both items. I phoned yet again. Told missing mirror and free gifts would be sent witin 10 days. HAH! You also claim to email immediately if anything is out of stock. You have done nothing. I have had to keep chasing you. Service "very poor"? No, "bloody awful".

what can you say this has got to be the worst company for delivery Both items I have ordered from this firm have been hard to get information on delivery they have been slow in getting the items and when informing them of this I am fobbed of with excuse after excuse I am STILL waiting for one said wheelbarrow in an email dated 20/11/14 they said it would be with me 3/5 days today 29/11 am still waiting needless to say you have had my money since day of ordering I shall NOT be dealing with your firm again No Thanks Mrs P Waite

I'm disgusted with your service still awaiting items ordered 5 November. Given conflicting information regarding delivery every time I have telephoned. Spoke to one member of staff who told me to hold line but actually transferred me so I had to repeat myself. On 28 November, still could not tell me where my order was, just it had been dispatched but have no tracker number. What will happen if I dare to go out and miss delivery? I have had absolutely terrible service. I placed an order on 28th October 2014 and was told that the item was out of stock until 10th November. Fair enough. The money for this item was taken out of my bank account on 12th November, BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER as at 27th November. I spoke to Customer Services on Tuesday this week, who told me that my order was "crawling slowly" to my address and that I would receive it within 48 hours, BUT I AM STILL WAITING! Needless to say, I will certainly NOT deal with your company again. WHEN WILL, I, RECEIVE MY ORDER PLEASE......

My experience has been nothing short of dreadful. It doesn't get any worse than this. I ordered a Brush Cutter and Line Trimmer on the 3rd November 2014- and my bank account was debited on the 3rd November- and I still haven't received the item as at the 27th November. I have made at least 8 phone calls through the Customer line and each time I have had to wait at least 5 minutes to speak with someone. On two occasions I have been promised a call back by the Manager but I have received no calls informing me of the status and never a word of apology. On the 26th November - at least my 8th call-I was told the item had been dispatched from the warehouse and would be with me within 72 hours. I have never been provided with a tracking number Promises ,promises....If it doesn't arrive by Saturday 29th November I will be cancelling the order and demanding a refund.

Eventually received the telescopic hedge trimmer on 10th November, originally ordered in August have recd 3 separate hedge trimmers all faulty the second item was sent back to us as a replacement. Good news it seems to be working ok but customer service for this company is sadly lacking. When returning items it takes forever for them to process their returns and issue raplace ment. cEven asking for a supervisor or manager to phone me is ignored I have never had such bad service from a company and would not recommend them to any friends!

I would like to point out that I have not ordered anything from your company. I have a ECKMAN 2500w garden shredder and I sent you an e-mail to obtain spare cutting blades and was informed by your customer department that you are unable to supply spare cutting blades which I find very difficult to understand when all other manufactures of this type of equipment CAN supply spare blades. I even asked your customer service department for the details of the manufacture of your shredder so that I could contact them personally to see if can obtain the spare cutting blades and again the answer was that you could not help and were unable to give the manufacture details. NOT VERY GOOD

Have been most disappointed with it, having been given a gift voucher for 10% off , made a purchase charged full amount and have been given no assistance in getting the 10% taken off the bill, if this 10% is not applied then items will be returned. Several items I noted which I would have purchased have bee n placed on the backburner. Replies in 24 hrs is a bit of a mockery., Hard to get a reply of any sort. R.Lloyd
