“I was thinking of the easiest and cheapest way to build my deck,and because of the size I new it was going to be expensive. I came across edecks. There site was easy to explore and I was impressed at the prices. I was looking for a deck that measured 2.4 wide and 4.8 deep. The different decks that was available was great from the very cheap to a bit more up market. I found one which was described as reject discount and was 385 pounds. I rang them to find out what the difference was and was told it was because they had knots and we're not up to first class. I shopped around and could not get it any cheaper any where else even from diy stores. The biggest problem was delivery most places would not be able to deliver for up to four weeks but edecks delivery was within five days. So I ordered and paid for the kit online on a Friday night, I thought it will be delivered by next Friday. I got a email confirming order then with in minutes I had another email about covid and delivery problems but they aimed to keep to delivery within five days were ever possible. I went to bed Friday night thinking I am not that lucky for it to be delivered within 5 days. I awoke Saturday morning to find another email from edecks about my delivery, I did not want to look but low and behold delivery was for Monday. I thought great only a couple of days before I get the decking kit. Monday came and I was waiting for deck kit to come thinking any time now I'm going to get a email saying my delivery was delayed. My phone went off and it was a message from a unknown number I looked and it said hi it's edecks driver with your decking I'll be around 45 minutes. The driver arrived and unloaded the deck kit he was very cheerful and talkative and very helpful so thank you to the driver. So all in all edecks service,delivery and prices deserve 5 stars. I have saved them in my favorite's and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs to build a deck and will be looking at the other things they do on there site. As for my deck I think it's great and you can not tell it was a reject it looks just as good if not better than first class decks. Again thank you to all at edecks.”

“Fantastic, have had a couple of orders 1st arrived on time and in quick time even during the covid crisis, 2nd order we had some issues with the original delivery date but the team managed to make some magic happen and got my order the next afternoon, which was great as a family party was planned for the weekend and the with the help of the team the late delivery did not impact our weekend.
