“Some decks were damaged, not much but enough to notice. I ordered a fascia board which was longer than the other boards. This was not delivered and querying it proved long winded and difficult. I ended up paying nearly £50 for one board to be delivered because builder needed it to finish the project job. Other than this the decks were delivered promptly and their price was reasonable.”
“Ordered a cut-to-size piece of fake grass as I had looked around but could only see set sizes of 1m, 2m etc but I only wanted 2m x 1.2m and eDecks cut to any size you want which was perfect. The grass was on offer and a great price and turnaround was quick and delivered within a day or two.
The only gripes I have are with delivery costs. My grass was £30 for just the little bit I needed but delivery was £25! I can understand the cost of delivery if it was a huge bit of fake grass for a garden or decking but to be charged that much for what amounts to a small rug size was annoying. Also I filled in instructions on the order form to place the item around the back of the garage if I wasn't in to keep it out of view, as it asks you. However, when I came back from being away for the day, the grass roll was just leaning up against my street door! Anyone could have take it and I would have been none the wiser.
So product and service very good, its just the cost of delivery and the bellends who deliver it that need looking at. Would use again though despite this.”
“Awful. Don’t waste your money and time with decks.
I was sent too few planks and screws, planks that were unusable they were so warped and split. When I asked for help they won’t pick up phone and then I spent over week trying to resolve eventually being sent replacement boards that were a different size! The worst customer service experience I can remember.”
