“Disappointed with the quality and thought the delivery a bit expensive (at £50).
One of the joists was badly warped, and a board damaged. Half the decking boards and a couple of the joists were also soaking wet, so really difficult to work with. From this I assume that the stock is stored outside so I think perhaps this could made clear on their website.
To be fair to the company I think that they would have refunded / replaced the items had I contacted them immediately on delivery. However, I had set aside the time to install and was able to work around the issues. They replied very quickly when I contacted them after installation, stating, - "We are sorry to hear that you had some issues. Should this have been raised prior to altering the goods we would have happily assisted you further to resolve your issues. At eDecks we would not want any customer to be unhappy with their received goods. We would like to offer a voucher code for use on a future order as an apology for the inconvenience caused"”

“I ordered online on the Wednesday afternoon and my order was delivered 2 days later on Friday free of charge which really impressed me. I received email notifications after I placed the order and then the day after advising me of the super quick delivery date.
The delivery driver was very nice and observed social distancing rules by unloading it all on his own and he never moaned about the fact that I couldn't help him (as I have a low immune system), so we told him to leave it on the front lawn and when he left we carried it round to the back where it was needed.
All the wood was present and correct and exactly what I ordered and none of it was warped or had any nasty knots in it, it was all in A1 condition.
We wanted to replace some rotten decking from where we had had a hot tub placed for the last 4 years and I was struggling to get the exact dimensions to just take up the existing rotten planks and do a straight swap as any other size decking would have been a right faff to sort out, but I actually found the exact size wood that we needed at eDecks and I was able to order it with the free delivery as I had been quoted as much as the cost of the decking again for delivery at another online wood supplier, so that was absolutely brilliant.
I would not hesitate to recommend eDecks and we will be back for more wood very soon as we have a rickety fence that needs replacing and I know I will be happy with the quality of wood and service received at eDecks.”
