“I've ordered multiple items from e-Decks at different stages during lockdown (covid pandemic) mainly fence posts, decking joists and decking boards. I couldn't really find anybody to beat them on price for the lengths I was after. I was made aware that there would be delivery delays due to pandemic but have always delivered when expected. No issues with the quality of materials so far and will use again”
“Wow, after looking for decking all over the internet and locally, Edecks came out top trumps. Order online and it said 10 working days, I got it after 11 but they emails me 3 days before, and when I rang to say I couldn’t be there, they were very accommodating.
Can wait to put my kit together and enjoy the rest of the summer..”
“My order was 3 days late from the original delivery date and two days later from the amended date.
No further contact was received to say when to expect my items, despite emailing and calling edecks
I had no idea the items had been delivered. They were dumped on my front lawn, no note was pushed through and no one knocked
All the boards were soaking wet and left on an area of lawn I have recently reseeded and has flattened the new growth.
In summary, I am thoroughly unimpressed by this experience of edecks. ”
“I purchased a decking kit, the wrong size joists were delivered. On contacting customer services, I was made to feel that it was all my problem and minimal discount was offered. On complaining about this, they eventually offered to have the incorrect joists collected and the correct size delivered but did not know when it could be done, I just had to wait. Service is absolutely dreadful. The wood is so badly knotted that the wood screws could not be used and had to purchase thick long nails instead. Certainly would not use them again.”
“Ordered 20 lengths of decking, 3 tins of Ronseal timber treatment and 2 boxes of decking screws. Plus points: decking and timber treatment arrived 1 day after estimated delivery day and all in good condition. Negative points: delivery driver did not ring/knock on door, wife went out for a walk and realised stuff had been delivered. 2 x boxes of screws missing but unable to dispute at time of delivery. Engaged Edecks and was provided with photo from delivery showing box of screws next to decking boards but did not acknowledge when I argued that I was not notified of delivery. Ended with them requesting me to file a theft report to police knowing fine well I would not do that as it would be a waste of police time. Really disappointing customer service, will not use again.”
“Terrible from start to finish! Avoid using at all cost.
4 out of 6 composite badly damaged (in fairness they did give a small discount to compensate for that) still waiting for the remainder of the order nearly 3 months on.
2 days after installation of the parts, it is now green ! Instead of anthracite. DON'T use this extremely poor company.”

Brought 23 Indian sandstone slabs from them costing £400 only for 15 to be ok the remaining were badly stained and damaged, spoke to the manager and she tried telling me this was normal and it’s natural coloring il let you decide, 2 weeks later and I still have the faulty slabs sitting on my drive no collection date and no refund absolute joke of a company”
“I ordered 10 lengths of 4x2 which was supposed to of been treated for decking which wasn’t.
Out of the 10 lengths only three were usable the others were so badly warped & Bowed they can’t be used.
Tried several times contacting E Decks with no response.
No customer service response, absolutely a waste of

Awful been waiting over 4weeks for the timber and when trying to contact we get an answer phone, in which left number of messages and no replay, when u call up and stay on the phone u do get to speak to someone but then she doesn’t want to know and interrupts u while your trying to explain and cuts u off.
Always having excuses with their courier is on its way day after day.
We just want a refund now as we will buy from somewhere else.”
