One thing however, is please pay attention to in-store will call vs shipping choices chosen by the buyer. You guys almost shipped us a tool that we requested to be picked up same day. And the city name was even spelled wrong when I got the shipping notification in my email “Tustin vs Tuston”. Regardless we will continue to work with your guys.”
“I used a diamond core bit 6 1/4" X 11 it was physically exhausting to drill a hole that big by a hand held drill. But to go though 2 layers of brick it took about 45 minutes.”
“I needed to drill 12 holes in 4" of Granite and out of the 4 wet hole saw bits I purchased, I was only able to do 6.
Had to make emergency run to local shop for more bits while paying a crane to sit on site at 200.00 per hour until I returned with new hole saw bits.
I would recommend not purchasing this product.”
“It’s a powerful tool works great just at the plumbing part of it was not sealed right
The hose keeps on disconnecting and the water connections are not tight water splashing all over the place by the machine”
