“The 3/4" core bit worked great. I had to drill a hole into the pointy end of a rough granite stone to mount a bronze bird, but the percussion of a hammer drill would have blown out the sides of the narrowly pointed stone. Took about 20 minutes or so to drill 7" deep, with a little squirt bottle.”
