“Used a 2” high performance wet core bit and extension to drill through a 30" thick granite fieldstone foundation. Took all day to complete the job, mostly because of the odd working angle and didn’t have a proper water supply to flush material out the hole. Next project I will be getting the water swivel adapter, as I feel that would have greatly improved the efficiency of drilling such a deep hole.

“I purchased a 10" 3/8" Radius Demi-Bullnose #60/80 for my commercial wet saw. I had project that involved 5 individual landings and 4 stairways that I needed 140 tiles with a Demi-bullnose profile. I installed a threaded turn buckle type adjuster so I could have better control on the height adjustment on my wet saw. Once I installed the new Demi-Bulnose blade and set the height I was able to make the cuts without any problems. The #60/80 grit left a very smooth finish that I was more than happy with. “I drill a lot of porcelain tile and stone tile nf glass tile for plumbing apparatus and these bits made drilling porcelain like cutting into a piece of wood or better.
Other bits take forever and get hot and fail amd usually takes three or four bits to cut through while breaking a heavy sweat in a long amount of time, cutting this hole took less than a minute and I am still amazed!”

“I bought a 3.5” diameter diamond bit (6” in length) to cut a hole in a 500 pound solid marble pedestal sink .. the walls were about 4”. It worked like a charm. I built a jig to keep the bit straight and added water to cool the bit and minimize dust. See the pics (seeing is believing)..”
