We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the flat. It is 5 flights of stairs, but apart from initially taking up your bags the flat was more than we hoped for. Very comfortable and homey, excellent views, very central and great view over the Greyfriars churchyard and the rooftops. Roof angles in over the bed but we didnt find that a problem.

Very good flat at an excellent location. Made all the better by off-street parking and access to gardens. Would come back.

I felt absolutely at home and the lovely central location was great for walking in and around the city. I cannot recommend this place enough

We were afforded a wonderful welcome and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The house is lovely and clean with good quality bed linen, plenty of cooking utensils, staple foodstuffs and a gorgeous little garden (unfortunately the weather meant we could not use this). Highly recommended and we will definitely book again!

lovely flat in the heart of edinburgh. 20 seconds to the oldest pub in town (500 years). very comfortable place with a car park (very, very rare and useful). would particularly recommended it to young couples or people wanting to enjoy both the beautiful historic side and lively night life of Scotland's capital.

the apartment was very clean and the gentleman who gave us the key was very helpful.i would recommened a few small changes which would greatly enhance this property (1)if the worktop on the kitchen counter was extended to make it about nine inches wider it would make sitting at the counter much more pleasant. (2)i would suggest fitting a shower head to the bath and a curtain as we were 2 couples and had to share the shower in the ensuite which was not the ideal situation. (3)a second bedside locker and lamp would have been nice in the ensuite room. the light in the ensuite tripped the other lights on our second last night as the bub had blown but im sure this was just a normal maintenance item . if the items referred to were attended to i would certainly stay there again as overall our stay was pleasant.

Very lovely flat with a bit of a castle view from the large living room. 2 bathrooms in very nice condition as is the whole flat. We had 7 people staying there and there was more than enough space. Location is great - can walk to the main areas easily. Only issue is the front enterance is a bit nasty looking but very easy to get over that once in the flat. Planning to use it again later in the year.

Nice decent apartment in the city center. Very close to main attractions, though not noisy at nights. We have stayed there in quite big family company and enjoyed our time.

This flat is perfect for a stay in Edinburgh as it is centrally located and takes on 10 minutes or so to get to the Royal Mile when walking. The area of Stockbridge is quiet at night and lively during the day which was perfect for us. Edinburgh is a lovely city and staying somewhere so conveniantly situated meant we could get the most out of our stay, we will definitely come back!

We are very pleased with the arrangements in the flat when we arrived. The owner took care of very little things to enure we were comfortable. The flat is 10 min drive from major attractions in Edinburgh City. There is a super market very close by and that is an advantage of staying in a self catering.

This apartment has a good location in Old Town of Edinburgh, with a short walk to the Castle and Grassmarket. There are also two Sainsbury's Local foodstores very nearby. The apartment itself lies in the third floor of an old townhouse, which is only partly renovated. The entrance from the street and the staircase leading to the apartment are a bit scary and untidy. There is a very small kitchen in the apartment and the floors are squeaking loudly. But living and sleeping there is easy, peaceful and quiet, although not very luxury.

The flat is an easy walk from popular Morningside Road and is also very near the 23 bus stop which gives brilliant and regular access to the centre of Edinburgh. We found the flat very homey and easy to be in with everything we needed. It was clean and had a nice bright feel. The owners made our stay very straightforward.

We found the flat very good, clean condition and comfortable. It was located in very good location and most of the prime places were under 2 mile radius. Eating place and grocery stores, bus stop and parking were very close. It was very ideal for self catering for big families. If anyone with big family r looking for self catering this could be an ideal flat.

This flat is an excellent choice for a stay in Edinburgh. It is in a lovely, safe part of the city, quiet sidestreet, with every facility just around the corner: Waitrose supermarket, M&S Food, specialist food shops, cafes, restaurants and interesting small shops selling pretty things. Princes Street is 10-15 mins on bus: either 5,11,15, or 16 all of which run frequently from virtually the end of the street. Flat is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable and has everything you need including huge wardrobe and plenty of hot water. Will definitely stay here again.
