“We had a thoroughly enjoyable few days in Edinburgh made especially so by the superb apartment. The decor and furnishings were beautiful and everywhere was immaculate! We were able to walk everywhere from this central location. Although Rose Street is a busy thoroughfare, especially on the Saturday evening, we were not disturbed as the bedroom is at the back. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!”
“Fantastic panoramic views of Edinburgh from lounge windows. Lovely touch with welcome pack. Flat was immaculate and within ten minute walking distance of Princes Street. Appreciated welcome and tour of flat. Would definitely book a stay again. Having a private parking space was definitely a plus.”
“We were extremely satisfied with the flat.
It was clean and very welcoming.
The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary facilities.
The lounge was very roomy and the bed was also very comfortable.
The bathroom also gets ten marks for an excellent shower, clean and the additional toilet is certainly a bonus.
Definitely a flat I would recmmmend to friends.
I would also like to mention that Jenny was also very helpful and welcoming. It makes a difference.

“Clean and pleasant ground floor flat backing onto rear garden. I would cetainly recommend this flat, nicely fitted kitchen and bathroom and plenty storage space in bedroom. Town centre bus stops 8/27/23 all within easy walking distance and good slection of local shops.”
“The location couldn't be any better. The owner was wonderfully accommodating with my requests. I was initially a little nervous about the Rose Street location (noise), but it wasn't a problem, even on a Saturday night.”
“The place was warmly and claen, everything was in perfect conditionand there was no problem except the mail man who always disturb our sleep by waking us up very earl in the morning. I will suggest that they will have a trade bell from morning to 5pm and they will not disturb people who have come on holiday to relax from their sleep. Horever that could not stop us from enjoying our stay either. Thanks again for such a wonderful place.”

“The flat was in an excellent location just 10mins walk from Prince's street but in a very quiet and picturesque rediential area. The many steps kept us fit, but the lovely views more than made up for it! Very good stay, the only (very small) criticism was that there was no hairdryer in the flat so ladies remember to pack one!!!”

“The apartment was beautifully furnished, everything was spotless and we had everything we needed. The quality of the soft furnishings was a luxury, can only aspire to The White Company goods at home! The bedroom is charming and promises nocturnal bliss.
The Scottish touches of historical prints and books were appreciated, I enjoyed reading Byron again, touched on Burns and just looked at Scott!(would have loved to have taken the apartment home with us!!) The Location was perfect for exploring Edinburgh.
Should we return we will be booking again through yourselves and recommending you to anyone else who is planning on visiting.”

“This flat is in a very handy location within easy walking distance of the city centre and also on the main bus routes. The facilities are excellent and the little touches made all the difference - we visited over xmas and it was really lovely to have the xmas tree there for us! Would definitely stay there again.”
