“This holiday flat is spacious and modern inside an authentic tenement which added character. There was no extra charge for electricity or use of the modem. Two minutes from the lovely beach of Portobello and 15 minute bus journey into Edinburgh( 26 or 15 at least 1 every ten minutes). The family running this are really friendly and helpful. Supermarket and amenities just a few minutes away. Had a great time.”
“This flat was everything we hoped! Spacious, beautiful, clean, well equipped. Our family of 6 fit in very well.
The location in town was great. We walked to all the places we wanted to see. (though we like to walk, it was a hike). Buses were easy to get. We rented a car on the weekend and had no problem with parking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! We had many wonderful memories here. I highly recommend this flat!”

Couldn't rate it any higher, great location a few hundred metres from bars/restaurants with the bedroom situated at the back of the flat so you do not hear the noise when you decide to go to sleep. Easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go, and the views of the castle are perfect. Would love to stay again!”

“Very nice spacious 2 bed flat; big kitchen; nice bathroom with bath and power shower. Central location on good bus route. Metered parking was a minor nuisance but we had no trouble finding spaces and if you park after 5.30 you can pay ahead for the following morning. Parking might be a bigger problem in the summer perhaps.”
