We had such a lovely stay here. A brilliantly well-equipped flat. The owners have thought of everything and made this a really cosy place to stay. Very convenient location, very warm welcome. We will be back!

This house is about 10 minutes walk from the train station, Great bathroom with modern fittings. I liked that you could park your car on the drive as being close to the heart of Edingburgh your in a payment parking zone. I would be happy to stay in this house again

The apartment has plenty of space for 6 people and has a lovely garden. Location is very close to the city centre (about 15 min walk). Neighbourhood is very quiet area but pubs, supermarket etc. are just around the corner. Everything was very clean. We would definetly stay there again if we ever come back to Edinbourgh.

My husband and both our parents stayed for a long weekend in August to enjoy the festival in Edinburgh and the military tattoo. Leith is a lovely area and the flat is in a great location to sample to delights of nearby bars and restaurants. With a bus stop within a short walk it was very easy to get into town. The flat itself? What can I say? It was lovely. Clean, modern and with amazing views. We all really enjoyed our stay and everyone kept remarking on how lovely the place was. Really, really pleased.

This flat is ideally situated to be close to Stockbridge and central Edinburgh. This Royal Circus apartment is spacious and very well equipped ( one of the best we have stayed in a city centre). Would recommend the Sunday market at Stockbridge to pick up some fresh produce although Sainsbury local just up road. Fab place to stay!

Flat is located very close to all the downtown Edinburgh attractions and shops. Owner keeps the flat very clean and is very accommodating as to when you can check in....we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend for any larger group visiting Edinburgh. Only thing we didn't catch was the need to bring towels (or order them ahead). That was no big deal as the owner directed us to an inexpensive store on Princess street where we bought towels for about one pound each....

Tastefully refurbished and well-equipped two bedroom apartment in historic building conveniently located close to Underbelly Bristo Square and other major Fringe venues, plenty of restaurants/cafes and taxis nearby. Grateful for the information file in the flat which provided the local phone numbers we needed to resolve a medical emergency. Large kitchen/diner, one twin bedroom, one double, light and airy lounge with TV/DVD player.

We stayed in the flat for 3 nights at the beginning of August and I would say that's probably long enough in this property. The rooms were well sized and comfortable, although the décor is in need of serious freshening up. Everything was clean and tidy on our arrival but we were disappointed not to be provided with a television which is always handy to catch the news and especially in Scotland...the weather forecast. We had problems with the hot water every morning which made getting ready rather stressful, although it always seemed to fix itself just as we were about to give up. Transport links are excellent in Edinburgh and the flat is ideally located just feet from a bus stop. All in all the property is fine if you're just looking for a place to lay your head for a few nights but I'm not sure we would stay again.

Excellent accommodation, easy to access buses for the city. If we were being picky, a larger toaster would be good! We were blessed with good weather and enjoyed our Fringe shows. Will come again.

Lovely comfortable stunning clean apartment. Everything you might need was available, including wifi .Owner was very welcoming and gave good information on the residence and the surrounding area. Near enough to walk into the town centre but also reasonable price to get taxis. Would defiinatly return if I went back to Edinburgh.

We really liked this flat, it is so comfortable and could not be better placed for exploring the city. The furnishings are all attractive, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom clean. The outlook and tree lined street were lovely and peaceful, even though we were only ten minutes walk from the crazy noise and bustle of the Festival Fringe venues. Jane was helpful and friendly, and the little touches like milk and wine in the fridge and umbrellas hanging by the door were lovely. We will certainly come back here.

Lovely spacious apartment, with 4 adults and 2 children thought it might be a squeeze, but there was plenty of room. Well maintained and supplied with everything you would need. EXCELLENT location, 5 min walk from Princes Street and 10 min walk to the Royal Mile. Excellent base to explore this great city from! would definately recommend.
