Hey! A group of us recently stayed in this 3 bed apartment on Rose St & it was a very comfortable. The place had everything we needed & was in a perfect location with castle views!! The only drawback was that the shower in the main bathroom had 2 temperatures - boiling & freezing & this couldn't be controlled. Apart from that, we all enjoyed our stay, the washing machine, ipod dock & iconic creaking timber floor boards. Would surely stay again! Thanks

This is the second time we have stayed here, the location is perfect – minutes walk to a large number of pubs and restaurants, with princess street an easy stroll away. The accommodation is warm and comfortable – we slept better here than at home! We will defiantly be back to use the flat again.

Good sized flat. We had the dining room converted to a third bedroom and this did not detract from flat as enough space in living room to relax and eat. Good location only 10 mins walk to the Haymarket end of Princes Street and 10 mins along the river to Stocksbridge.

This is a great, modern, roomy apartment. It is only a short walk (10 minutes) to Waverley station. It has all mod cons, including a big TV with the usual freeview channels, plus good broadband. The broadband in particular came in really useful for planning our days out, buying advance tickets for the attractions, and finding restaurant recommendations. The secure, free parking space was brilliant and sets this flat apart from a lot of the other accommodation in the city. Highly recommended.

This is a great flat, all mod cons, very well kept, just of princes street and great value for money. Some great places to eat and drink just a few mins walk from your front door. Next time I'm in edinburgh we're staying in the same place!

This flat is a really beautiful rental with lots of natural light and tons of space. The beds were very comfortable and there were all the amenities you could want for a holiday. The neighbourhood is wonderful and one of my favourite parts of Edinburgh, there are plenty of shops and cafés nearby, a taxi rank and the meadows which is one of Edinburgh's beautiful urban parks. The landlord was great and very flexible too. I'd definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely flat. Very close to all important Edinburgh landmarks, 5 mins to John Lewis, the Omni centre and lots of restaurants. The flat itself is much nicer than the photos show and has surround sound, DVD player, hairdryer and is well appointed. We loved it! Only con is not enough toilet paper. Needs to be a supply for the time period rather than 1 per bathroom. But recommend this and would absolutely stay again! home away from home!

The apartment was lovely; very comfortable and very clean, with a great view of Arthur's Seat. The location was very convenient and a quick walk through the park had us at the bottom of the Royal Mile in 10 minutes. We made use of the balcony almost every day to have a quiet drink and soak up the view. From a self catering point of view, Sainsburys was only a 10 minute walk and the flat was well stocked with take away menus and brochures about the local area. If I stay in Edinburgh again, I would not hesitate to book this apartment.

My family and I stayed in this flat during our visit to Edinburgh. The location could not have been better. You are literally in the heart of downtown...close to everything! However, the place could use a serious bit of updating as well as some sound proofing from the very noisy street below. If you are young people that plan to take advantage of the night life than this is the place for you...if you have young children who need their sleep, find another flat!

Flat was lovely and had everything we needed. It was in a central location but you had to walk up a very long hill to get to the centre. Shower at the flat wasn't very powerful and once we had booked to stay at the flat we could not find any photos or information about the flat on the Internet but luckily when we got there we liked the flat. The landlady was also very nice and helpful.

The flat was in an excellent, central location. The flat was quite basic - the kitchen and shower room are tiny, but totally manageable. The bed was comfy and the bedroom was decorated in a fun and slightly quirky way. It was lovely and clean, and despite it's central location, quiet. I did feel a bit vulnerable when going in the front door as it is off the street, round the back of the building, but this is my only reservation.

We had a terrific stay. Only problem was that we were not given contact details in time when we left Australia and had to rush around on arrival to find an internet cafe to find your contact details to get to the apartment. In making arrangements you could ask for people's travel details so your contact information is provided earlier thanks

The flat is well located and everything is near. But apart from that, the flat is full of details. A welcome card, books and DVDs to entertain my daughter, every thing what we have needed for cooking, information and maps of the city ... and very clean. Very comfortable our stay.

When we booked the Flat we did not understand what a "shared accommodation" was, we soon learned. What happened was an extremely pleasant experience. Phil & Karen were cordial, helpful & very friendly. The facility was top notch & well located with a short bus ride to the center of town. (After driving in downtown Edinburgh the bus was the way to go to city center.)
