Customer service is lousy. Their claims about the "superfast" 4G is a lie. Where we are for most of the day there in no service. I'm off to Sky at least they talk to their customers

We took 3 business Blackberry phones from EE(from my wife's office which we paid to her workplace to give away to charity) and we are not even EE customers. On the 23rd of May, gave them a call took 30 mins to an hour to get the unlock codes emailed to me, and it didn't work. I gave them a call on Friday the 26th of May, and they say the codes could have expired and they've put in a new request to get them generated. I give them a call on the 30th of May, and they send me 1 new code(which differed by 1 digit and they told me to try the new code ASAP so they dont expire. I did try it the same day and it worked.) Today, the 31st of May, I called them and the lady on the phone Alison first wants to verify my payment(which she can't find). I told her the date and time but she couldn't find it. I gave her the payment reference number but she still couldn't find it. And after all these calls I was told that the codes actually dont expire! But I was requesting for the codes again just to ensure that I had the right ones(since there was a different code for the one I had tried), but the lady wouldn't budge(I dont want to give her name) and she said I had to try them first. Going through all this trouble and spending almost an hour on the phone in the end to be told that they dont really expire plus not being vey helpful to generate a duplicate code just to ensure I had the right ones. Worst customer service

EE by gum, they're shite. Everything, Everywhere? More like Nothing, Nowhere. Absolutely awful reception and tragic customer service. How they are still going I have no idea. Quite an incredibly tragic attempt at being a provider of anything but stress. Have I made myself clear?

EE rant time, has anyone else on EE been experiencing a high level of calls being dropped am talking 8/10 calls. Been speaking to EE over a year now with this complaint and still not resolved. Today they told me to take my phone to the EE shop and swap out my sim and put in an employee sim and use that to make calls and see what happens. I am sure the EE guy in the phone had not checked with the store as I can not see anyone giving me there sim when they don't know me. The EE guy says it must be the Phone or the SIM card he is 100% certain. So I say well you just sent me a new sim and it's still doing it. So must be the phone so send me a new one. He says I never said that. Any advice on this matter would be most helpful. Thanks

They offer you a DEAL you like grab it cos it wont exist when you follow up to take it. Customer service make no effort to be eligable in their speech, could not understand a word they said. My bill comes in at double the contract price every month - not much longer I am leaving these pizz takers.

worst customer service i've ever had not patient or polite, give you slow and worthless advice. Furthermore, there aren't any inconveniences to sign you up to EE, but when it comes to cancelling contract they have a security question which i was not aware of unlike Virgin, who i had before EE, who had no cancelling issues. EE isn't a good provider. They rob you, please save yourself money and time!!!

I think everything with this company is wrong they completely rip off people they don't even have a change of mind policy and you can't cancel any contracts also the staff are extremely rude and will shout and argue with you if you try to go against them

Won't unlock iPhone I spent 599 on they just don't care about the fact I think that it's a problem that they won't unlock it and told me there is nothing they will do unless I've been with them for 6 months! Ridiculoud

appalling your company exsisits, so many hidden fee's within your contracts, should be ashamed how badly you rip people off, i had to swap to vodafone because didn't even use my EE contract phone for a month and you still gave me a bill of £66.59 to pay? pathetic money grabbing waste of space, forever your company policy will be "EE come first, not the customer" where you'll find it should be the other way around, oh well at least i'm happy back with vodafone who know how to run a phone company. thanks for your useless time for a pointless 2 year contract with your rubbish services. I hate ee right now, the Internet is rubbish, their customer service is powered by idiots who don't know how to keep promises like "I will definitely call you back" I have had numerous engineers out to fix my wifi but it still doesn't work. I also have a phone and tablet which the Internet doesn't work on either . I never had this problem with virgin media!!

EE charged my phone with the wrong amount of data to start (3GB less than the offer). On top of which, you can't call customer service without incurring extra charges for each call you make. This has been an absolute disaster as I have needed customer service numerous times! When I tried to top up my pay as you go, the website was down. I tried using the over the phone top up and that also was incurring problems. I am extremely disappointed with the services and would NOT recommend using this phone company for pay as you go. It is unreliable, inaccurate and way more of a hassle than you are looking for!

We have an EE device and every single time we try to top up we spend days trying to do so, it refuses our credit card that we've used before, we go through the online system, speak to someone and always takes days!!! Yes DAYS!! If there was another provider I'd use them. Avoid if you can

In the store I went in the sales assistants were extremely pushy and did not listen to customer needs. I was pushed into a contract which I didn't really need. They didn't seem to care about customer service just getting customers into a contract for their commission. They gave false information around the contract, tried to force me to take out multiple data SIMs even after telling I didn't want two and not fully advised around cancellation period. I think I would have a very good case for a mis-sold contract. As it's a rolling one month contract, I will just cancel and consider myself foolish enough to do business with them. I have never dealt with EE other than this interaction, but after this I would be very reluctant to use them again.
