“I was charged for two months of extra internet usage after the end of my contract without any reasonable explaination. Their customer service is very very poor. I was actually charged for calling them. Aviod them like a plague and think twice before you decide to donate your money to these cowboys.”
“I couldn't get EE to honour an Amazon voucher and that was the deciding factor in choosing EE; customer services just give the run-around, I'm very much regretting choosing EE”
“very bad service, not correct to the customers, not contacting on time for any existing issues to prevent anything which would affect the customer, many times are useless on the phone only wasting customer`s time and and money, an adequate in are most of the issues.
never again will be EE customer even they to be the last provider in the world”
“Advisor cheated us! He said one price for my amd partners phone contracts but at the end bill come much bigger with different prices. On contract advisor didnt write down prices. The last step when he put a receipt we didnt check it but there was all truth! Even for insurance he said its 8£ a month but at real its 12 £. And we can't prove it cuz all information is on receipt not contract. What should we do? I dont wanna pay that money monthly....im not ready for expensive bills! Its Lincolns store on 309 High street. Sales advisor who cheated us is Raymond!”
“EE Are ridiculous, for 1 i ordered a new handset to be delivered the next day it came but because i never had photo ID they wouldnt let me have it bearing in mind they did not let me know about this over the one. And 2 when i got a contract a good few years ago they never asked me for ID at all which i think is quite bad and unproffessional. Im absolutely furious that now i have to wait for it to be delivered back to EE which i think is ridiculous so they can make it so i can just sign for it instead. How does any of this make sense might aswell of just let me sign for it then and there.”
“A shambolic experience from start to finish, and it will be finished when my contract runs its course and I find a new provider. Phone not delivered on the promised day. In trying to sort this the order was cancelled. Numerous phone calls to EE resulted in hollow promises of a free month, countless £5 credits to apply to my account, None of this came to pass. My "personal EE adviser" put the onus on me to prove I had these credits coming. This is when I decided to terminate my relationship with EE.
There must be a number of better providers out there ... save the money paid to Kevin Bacon and provide some decent customer service.”
“Been a customer for over 10 years. Not helpful pick & choose who they want to help, unless you will pay even more money that you already are they refuse to help you! Take take take”
“Terrible customer servixe ive been a member for years and they treat me like dirt im leaving ee for good and telling all my friends and family not too ever go there. I have a huge following on social media so i will be voicing my opinion on their also.”
“Absolutely useless promised service at my home and simply I have no service after many complaints they do not want to know back to Vodafone. Anyone can draw on a map to say they have coverage and say it is computer simulated therefore not guaranteed!!! The service is pretty useless around the rest of the country too never lost so many calls.
Do not go with EE”
“Customer service is lousy. Their claims about the "superfast" 4G is a lie. Where we are for most of the day there in no service.
I'm off to Sky at least they talk to their customers”
“We took 3 business Blackberry phones from EE(from my wife's office which we paid to her workplace to give away to charity) and we are not even EE customers. On the 23rd of May, gave them a call took 30 mins to an hour to get the unlock codes emailed to me, and it didn't work. I gave them a call on Friday the 26th of May, and they say the codes could have expired and they've put in a new request to get them generated. I give them a call on the 30th of May, and they send me 1 new code(which differed by 1 digit and they told me to try the new code ASAP so they dont expire. I did try it the same day and it worked.) Today, the 31st of May, I called them and the lady on the phone Alison first wants to verify my payment(which she can't find). I told her the date and time but she couldn't find it. I gave her the payment reference number but she still couldn't find it. And after all these calls I was told that the codes actually dont expire! But I was requesting for the codes again just to ensure that I had the right ones(since there was a different code for the one I had tried), but the lady wouldn't budge(I dont want to give her name) and she said I had to try them first. Going through all this trouble and spending almost an hour on the phone in the end to be told that they dont really expire plus not being vey helpful to generate a duplicate code just to ensure I had the right ones. Worst customer service”
“EE by gum, they're shite.
Everything, Everywhere? More like Nothing, Nowhere.
Absolutely awful reception and tragic customer service. How they are still going I have no idea. Quite an incredibly tragic attempt at being a provider of anything but stress.
Have I made myself clear?”
