I was recently helped by Shoiab and Rey at the store in Shipley. They were very helpful and patient with me , a 74 year old not very clued up.

I have been with EE for years, they are always prompt on helping if I ever have issues.

Experienced months of issues with my iPad, nearly every site had excessive CAPTCHA requests and every e-mail I sent bounced back. After speaking to customer resolutions they passed my issues on to Level 2 technicians who replaced my sim card and reset my profile. Overall I am happy with EE, speeds vary from place to place. Still waiting for 5G in my neck of the woods!

Been with EE for a while no and have to say the reliability and customer service is great. I've been with Virgin, Vodafone and Talktalk. These have been horrendous with unreliable service.If yo have an issue with them, it takes for ever to answer and when you get through its to a call centre in India with someone you barley understand. In contrast, EE have customer services in this country and you Get through fairly quickly. Do yourself a favour, if you're looking for a new provider I'd recommend EE

What a bunch of crooks! Refused to provide a NUC over the phone, but on-line process didn't work either. Couldn't have cared less. Also watch out for rubbish carrier quality when roaming with a data only SIM. Fortunately out of contract so we've moved to a professional provider. Again left us high and dry - couldn't have cared less. EE is a not very funny joke - avoid like the plague.

I went to the ee store in woolwich and found all staff to be helpful and friendly, especially Esther who put up with my lack of knowledge and endless questions, I had to go back as I couldn't figure out how to transfer contacts, on both visits she was patient friendly and seemed genuinely eager to fix my problem only thing I weren't keen on was once contract was set up for a phone I have never had before I decided I really couldn't get on with it but was not allowed to change contract to a higher priced contract for a phone I knew I would get on with.

Went into EE in Wisbech with a problem, found a really helpful staff member called George. He went out of his way to explain to mum what she needed to do {she's 85!} problems solved. Well done George.

On the 16th November I took out a contract with EE and was dubious about doing so as I'd heard they were not very good. I was told by carphone warehouse that my first bill would not be payable until approximately one month later. But EE sent my first bill payable approximately one week later (as you pay one month in advance). When I spoke to EE they agreed to hold back on sending out my bill for a month. WELL DONE EE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... THANKS IM CONVERTED TO EE... Btw they were cheaper than my old company.

In the Stirling store today and Jamie was very helpful giving me the information I asked for regarding my upgrade. Extremely pleasant,friendly young man, explained everything clearly and got me a very good deal thanks Jamie 😁

They made it easy to change broadband and phone from BT and rectified a minor error in the set up , offering to credit our account for the amount charged by BT

Whilst being unsure of their methods / administration when upgrading my phone I must compliment the manner in which my complaint was delt with and resolved by the Plymouth call center.

Having upgraded to a "Good As New" handset, which turned out to be unusable as the previous owner had forgotten to untether it from their email account, I spent a week-and-a-bit making phone calls and visiting my local EE shop until the matter was resolved. The call centre and shop staff that I dealt with were as helpful as they could ever be, lovely and professional people. In the end, I got a brand new mobile as they were out of stock of the "Good As New" range (which, to be fair was as good as new, apart from the aforementioned comlaint). My rating for EE's Customer Service has jumped from a 1 to 4 stars. It would be a 5+, if only I hadn't been the one who had to guide them through the whole "how-to-sort-this-out" process in the first place. The coverage, especially with the WiFi Calling feature is the best I've ever experienced. Overall, I love EE. Just be prepared to moan if anything ever goes wrong.

my elderly mom tried to cancell her contract but as she is a little bit hopless at this she got it wrong went to ee shop in west bromwich with her and they virtuly did it all for her great service told her to stick to phone boxes only joking son bodkin
