“After searching the internet for some 10W E27 4500K LED bulbs, I eventually came across the Efficient Lighting website. Perfect for what I wanted, I placed an order and took delivery the very next day. The wife couldn't believe the turn around. Although this is the first time I have used Efficient Lighting, I shall be most certainly using them for my next order of LED bulbs. Peter”

“I phoned Efficient Light with a simple query which they answered. Sadly the item I was looking at was out of stock. The salesman then asked what was the purpose of my purchase and once he had assessed this he went on to recommend a better product from their range. Once it was wired up I was very impressed with the quality of light which was excellent. Efficient Light went the extra mile and I will use them again.”

“Good company to deal with, changing a light for a family member and they wanted me to source the same model, used online chat on the website, identified right model, number etc. ordered and it was dispatched quickly and safely, twenty minutes after delivery it was fitted and working. very pleased. Recommended.”

“Extremely helpful. The light we ordered originally had been discontinued They took the time to contact me and explain that there was a replacement available and then preceded to explain how to fit it. They were very prompt with delivery and on receiving the goods all the extra fittings came with it. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend them and I will be using them in the future”

“I ordered three sets of strip lights for under Kitchen cupboards for the same price as one set was selling at, on other sites, they arrived within two days and worked perfectly when fitted. “Efficient Light went out of their way to call me personally when an item I had ordered - which is short supply everywhere - was discontinued. The item was a fluorescent tube for under unit kitchen lighting, and although they had no stock remaining of individual tubes, they did still have some light fittings containing tubes - which they offered to me at a discounted price. The items arrived in extremely good packaging - as obviously these tubes are quite fragile - and I would thank them for their excellent service. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.”

“I placed an order on line, when it arrived it was the wrong item. I telephoned the company and gave information of what I wanted, I was told this was no longer available. If I wanted to reorder I would be advised on a substitute item. This I thought to be very good”

“I was told that the item I wanted was no longer available. Efficient Light was the first place I looked at after entering the item I wanted on Google and what do you know they had the item in stock. Placed the order on Friday and it arrived in the post the following Monday. Thank you, good job.”
