“To say the bouquet was a bit sparse, is an understatement, nothing like what was in their advertising. I won’t be using them again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.”

“Brought some flowers for a friend to cheer her up and the flowers and box were completely bashed to bits and left out in the rain. Not exactly how I wanted to cheer a friend up!”

“Never received bouquet at delivery address, & haven’t received any updates on it since , paid £23:99 , so I would now like a refund . I was told the courier sent bouquet back to E florist as it was damaged, feel really let down & angry at this service . Would appreciate some feed back from you.”

“Price was good, customer service was good. I had an issue with my original order, which the courier cancelled it, I didn’t see this for a couple of days so think the courier could make that clearer, but when I contacted customer service, they got back in touch straight away and followed it up. They then offered a refund or re delivery which I opted for. Apologised again for what had happened. Flowers were received and my friend was very happy with them.”

“I have used eflorist for years and they have never let me down. The flowers have always been excellent and arrived on time. I have at the moment got 6 orders in for this Christmas and I am confident that my 3 daughters and my 3 friends will love the gift. I trust eflorist.”
