“Price was good, customer service was good. I had an issue with my original order, which the courier cancelled it, I didn’t see this for a couple of days so think the courier could make that clearer, but when I contacted customer service, they got back in touch straight away and followed it up. They then offered a refund or re delivery which I opted for. Apologised again for what had happened. Flowers were received and my friend was very happy with them.”

“I have used eflorist for years and they have never let me down. The flowers have always been excellent and arrived on time. I have at the moment got 6 orders in for this Christmas and I am confident that my 3 daughters and my 3 friends will love the gift. I trust eflorist.”

“The delivery was quick and reliable. The flowers were long lasting. The bouquet was affordable. The chocolates were a bonus. One minor issue: I was sending my daughter flowers “just because“ and that wasn’t an option on the order form. I think that may have been added since.”

“I ordered these flowers for my Daughter as a get well ❤️‍🩹 gesture, they said it would arrive the next day but it didn’t they arrived a day after. Which is very disappointing as if this was a birthday gift it would’ve been to late. 😡😡😡”

“The flowers arrived promptly, and were beautiful, but the delivery driver did not attempt to knock the front door, (I was at home awaiting) and left them on my front doorstep beside a busy main road, in full view of passers-by. Not what I expected!”
