“Ordered flowers for my mothers Birthday from Spain She loved the flowers however when we saw the pictures we we disappointed at the size and that the free chocolates were actually 3 chocolates?”

“Never had a problem with them even if courier changes, my girlfriend always has her flowers on the day Ive asked for, been using EFlorist for maybe a year now for ocassions and Im happy with the outcome of orders”

“Excellent price range and selection. Delivery is not as good as it could be as my bouquet was delivered at 6pm , the celebration was over and I thought I had been forgotten by the person sending them. The flowers delivered were packaged well and beautiful. They lasted a very good length of time. More strengths than weaknesses in the service so wouldn’t hesitate to use it again.”

“Flowers were lovely. Delivery was much less so. They were delivered very late in the day, so late they didn’t even bother to ring the bell. They just left them near the front door and left. Consequently my aunt didn’t receive them on her birthday but the next day when she happened to open the front door and found them sitting there. That is unacceptable so we won’t be using Eflorist.com again.”

“Placed order on Thursday 7.30am delivery confirmed for Friday did not arrive contacted customer service was told that I was one of the 30% that fail for next day and I should have payed extra delivery but would be hera next working day , birthday on Monday so ok Saturday not delivered communications non existent over the weekend Monday came and went no delivery had to drive to Tesco got a lovely bunch for less than I paid for you, contacted customer service offered to send a replacement and a sorry note I requested a refund and a replacement was told they don't do that so in way of compansation for letting me down was to send what I had paid for or refund me for what I didn't get,and this was my first time using them . support your local florist they value your custom.”

“I ordered flowers for my sister a week before her birthday, asking for them to be delivered on her birthday, she didn't receive them until 2 days after her birthday so i feel very let down, all the communication said they would arrive on the day but they didn't. There was so much notice to get it right so I'm not impressed!”

“Large Bouquet smaller than anticipated. Would hate to se a small bunch. Flowers not bud ready but some well into bloom and looking poorly. Lilies small and some stems broken. No email notice of arrival from evri, either for original or replacement (yes I checked the spam folder). All in all, the only happy event was eflorist agreeing a replacement bunch since they accepted the first bunch was sub standard.”
