“Lovely flowers, delivered on time, with easy to use tracking service.”

“Absolute shocker!! First the order was duplicated and I got charged twice. Then customer support wouldn't change the order, as advertised on their site, when immediately notified. Then they refused to issue a refund for their error. And finally, their courier ignored their own delivery instructions, left in a safe space and cannot provide proof of delivery. I'm left very disappointed and angry by the while experience.”

“The flowers were delivered very late on the day chosen. Amazon did not knock/ring the bell and so the recipient didn't know flowers had been sent to them at all on their special day. I will not be using Eflorist again.”

“Very quick delivery from when I had placed my order. Delivered securely. Was not sure how big the bouquet was and when it had arrived I was not disappointed. Cannot complain with the same day service and the prices are relatively cheap for what you are getting. I definitely will recommend Eflorist to a friend and will definitely be using their service again in the future.”

“I ordered in the afternoon to cheer my mum up, as we’ve had a difficult time recently after I lost my 32yr old son. The flowers arrived the next day - which did make mum Smile- a week later she’s still enthralled as buds are still opening into beautiful autumnal colours. Thank you for making both of us happy . “flowers arrived and were as beautiful as they were in the picture. Excellent quality and overall ver pleased with the vibrant colours chosen and the appearance. Excellent value for money and would definitely use the company again. Flowers were fresh and have lasted almost 2 weeks so far. Highly recommend.”
