“A bouquet for my aunt and uncle could not be found, even though it was said to have been. I contacted the company and they replaced the missing flowers without any fuss. My relatives were delighted with the flowers, I was impressed by the price and speediness of the delivery. I would certainly use the company again.”

“This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I have used EFlorist in different parts Of the country and both recipients have said the flowers were beautiful and chocolates were an extra surprise and treat. Delivery was as promised, on the day expected and prompt. Thank you EFlorist”

“My flowers were delivered without the vase I had ordered. I was told the refund will be done within. 3-5 days and it’s been a week and it’s still not credited. Such a disappointment”

“I ordered a delivery of flowers and when they arrived they were not still in bud. I sent an email stating I was disappointed etc., and within half an hour I had a reply and was told a replacement order would be sent out the next day. Excellent outcome and service.”

“Order ID: WA12662975 Product ID: DE22LUXEM14 Very poor bouquet, vase wrapped in brown paper ONLY & SMASHED, very poor birthday message card, no 1st day water 'additive'. Quite definitely the most careless, or negligently prepared/delivered order ever experienced. The first and only ! Customer Service - not available - only guileless online 'chat'. Utterly useless !”

“Terrible service from Eflorist My order was never delivered. When I called they said their driver couldn’t find the address, even though it was in a street in the middle of Edinburgh. They said they would re deliver but never even tried”

“I paid for a luxury bouquet of flowers £48 upon receipt I could have easily bought a bunch from the supermarket for £15 very disappointed, I did complain however was told the flowers hadn’t not bloomed that was the reason why they looked different to what was advertised”
