“they quickly sorted pricing problem but 'box' of chocolates was somewhat misleading to me as there were only 3 lindt chocs inside the so-called 'box'.... so I didn't feel quite as happy as I could have done- flowers were only just adequate for price.... 'box of chocs' description should have said "3 chocolates"....”

“The flowers were for a Diamond Anniversary 60 years, but sadly looked nothing like the ones on the website which we picked and were mostly roses. The ones received were mostly large open chrysanthemums. Totally different look. Very disappointed.”

“Incredible service. Ordered a bouquet for a special someone to be delivered same day as I was out of the country. Was worried they wouldnt arrive on time. It took 2 hours to deliver the bouquet. Absolutely blown away. They also took the message I typed and hand wrote the note. Incredible. Would definitely use them again. Even the ‘small’ size bouquet was lavishly large. Thanks again!”

“I ordered some flower from here about a week ago and they’re still going strong in full bloom. The process was very smooth and quick to order. The flowers are great and the free chocolate even more reason to order. Definitely will be ordering again soon.”

“I ordered for the first time and was thrilled! My neice had an operation and we wanted to send her some flowers to cheer her up. It was fast delivery which arrived when it was supposed to and the flowers were beautiful she was thrilled! Good value for money too and as a bonus it was % off!”

“This was my first experience of using this company for a work colleague who was undergoing some treatment and felt that a bunch of flowers would help cheer her up. They arrived on time, and it had the desired affect of a smile. A smile that was needed at a time of extreme emotion, which was what i was hoping for. Thank you for helping me make her day, with your lovely flowers.”

“I ordered some flowers last weekend. Luckily, they were not for a birthday. I requested a Saturday and understood that this could not be guaranteed. They never arrived and they still didn’t arrive the following day. It got to Tuesday and no sign of the flowers. I contacted eflorist help desk to ask where they were and they apologised and said they could send them out again. I requested this Saturday morning. They replied to say that they couldn’t guarantee a day or time. I would have thought that as a gesture of goodwill they would have been able to send my now week overdue flowers out for a specified time. But no, I just received a sorry they couldn’t do that. As I said, I am glad that they weren’t for a birthday or special occasion as it would have been embarrassing for them to have not turned up. Shoddy, impersonal service will not be using again (it was my first experience) and absolutely would not recommend. Back to Bloom and Wild for me!”

“I wish I could tell you how you made me happy but I'm sorry to say that I was quite disappointed. I ordered your Luxury Red Roses together with a vase which all in all was quite expensive. The delivery was prompt and on time but the roses that you claimed would arrive "in bud" were way past that stage and in fact all were fully open and a little more and some were quite droopy. They lasted in the vase for no more than forty-eight hours. They were to help celebrate a once in a lifetime event so there is little point in asking for a replacement. I will not be buying from you again and I'm afraid that I cannot recommend you on this showing.”
