“Éflorist was the easier website, choose what occasion , choose flower type, choose size of bouquet, choose additionals if want or not, chocolates, card, gift etc then set the date for delivery and sit back and relax knowing your intended recipient will be thrilled at their delivery… ohh and you’ll know when because you’ll receive an email update. I have tried many others and disappointed in one way or another, cannot fault eflorist so I know I’ll be sticking with them!”

“I cannot comment on the quality of the flowers as I have only used you twice so far to send flowers to friends who live away from me. However I can praise you on the fact that i could get a next day delivery on both occasions and that the delivery was at a time promised. I will use you again”

“This was a very last minute decision, it was a Saturday and I wanted them delivered on the very next day being a Sunday I really wondered whether this would be possible. Not only were they happy to oblige I was kept undated right until they were actually delivered. My Niece was over the moon she said her words not mine that they were beautiful. I have recommended them to family and friends and I know who I will be choosing the next time I need to send flowers. Thank you so much for your excellent service and making my niece smile through a very sad period.”

“Dpd driver tried to deliver to wrong address, admitted by dpd, on phoning them after receiving message to say sorry missed you, they then went on to deliver to local collection point. I contacted EFlorist and explained what had happened and asked for a refund of £6.99 for the Sunday delivery as these were for a neighbours 70th birthday, they refused a refund as delivery was attempted even after explaining that it was to the wrong address, I had to arrange for someone to collect & deliver for me as an disabled and don’t drive, very disappointed, I won’t be using this company again”
