“The flowers were nice but delivered with the incorrect sender name o the card which caused confusion from the recipient and concern from the sender who was not sure if the delivery had been made or not.”

“An easy and efficient transaction. User friendly website and great ordering system. Such a well organised site with no fuss and no hassles. The delivery and expediency was welcomed too - all in all one of the better website I have had the pleasure of coming across and doing business with. Flowers were fresh and fabulous. Quite a refreshing experience. Thank you”

“While the order process was straight forward the flowers which were ordered a week in advance failed to arrive on our anniversary/ your delivery partner Amazon took them to the wrong place! There is absolutely no recovery process you can use on the day. Your call Centre closes early and the Amazon tracking process is wholly inadequate as you cant reach the driver...I tried. Amazon UK also take no responsibility for Amazon Shipping ...hopeless! To add insult to injury when I complained your service team offered absolutely no apology and instead told me you were busy and I should have allowed 2 days for the 'fresh' flowers to arrive. I cannot recommend anyone use your company and I should have gone to interflora who in 40 years never failed to make an anniversary delivery?”

“Beautiful flowers, I have used this company for a few years and always had good service. When there was a mix up with an address they sorted it very fast no complaints from me at all. With the cost of everything I think their flowers are good value for money and seem to last a good week.”
