“While the order process was straight forward the flowers which were ordered a week in advance failed to arrive on our anniversary/ your delivery partner Amazon took them to the wrong place! There is absolutely no recovery process you can use on the day. Your call Centre closes early and the Amazon tracking process is wholly inadequate as you cant reach the driver...I tried. Amazon UK also take no responsibility for Amazon Shipping ...hopeless! To add insult to injury when I complained your service team offered absolutely no apology and instead told me you were busy and I should have allowed 2 days for the 'fresh' flowers to arrive. I cannot recommend anyone use your company and I should have gone to interflora who in 40 years never failed to make an anniversary delivery?”

“Beautiful flowers, I have used this company for a few years and always had good service. When there was a mix up with an address they sorted it very fast no complaints from me at all. With the cost of everything I think their flowers are good value for money and seem to last a good week.”

“Paid for same day at 11am. The beautiful bouquet of flowers were delivered around 3pm and were beyond expectations in both presentation and quantity. Cannot fault the service.”

“I purchased from Efloriesr for my grandmas 90th, i Received no updates on my order, when I queried it my order it couldn’t be found, Upon receiving my order the roses were dead & when I complained & requested a refund they refused a refund & wanted to know how they could improve there services for next time, I’m heartbroken for my grandma & had to purchase a further order which has now left me out of pocket”

“I live in Canada and love EFlorist to send flowers to my family in the UK. The flowers are beautiful and as described on the website. The price is very reasonable with some bouquets priced under 20 pounds. The company sends updates from the time the order is placed until the time the flowers are delivered. EFlorist has excellent customer service and I have not had any issues with the quality of the flowers or the shipping and delivery on any of my orders.”

“Hello sorry to say the flowers came a day late and missed my mum's 90th birthday in a badly damaged box with 5 stems of dead flowers which never never came to life so I'm sorry I won't b using your services again”
