“This was a bouquet for my sister's 80th. I was very glad that I had paid the reduced price. I would have been even more furious if I had paid the higher price. The picture on the promotion material looked very attractive and it appeared to have a number of blooms, but the actual bouquet was disappointing. Far too much greenery and insufficient flowers. The one gerbera and one rose had dropped and the crysanths were few.”

“I ordered flowers for my sons girlfriend, the order arrived - flowers were half dead and some heads broken. I complained, and after them informing me they would sort the issue - I then got an email informing me that due to data protection that they could not process the complaint - as I was not the recipient!!! .I responded, and finally they agreed to resend. The order arrived, and although much better - looked nothing (and never did) like the picture ordered. Be aware you do not get what you pay for - always go through a local reputable florist”

“The flowers were ok, but l contacted you to ask if they could be delivered the day before as she was going to be out, no reply!, they delivered on the wrong day,.Not very good customer service, do not think l will use them again”

“No delivery card posted through door. Flowers left in wheely dustbin. Five of the yellow roses stems were broken. Absolutely disgusted for the money paid. Would definitely not recommend this company.”

“Birthday flowers were not delivered. Address covered only 5 houses , but no attempt made to deliver to anyone even though they are housebound No help from company to investigate. Will NOT use this company again”

“I ordered flowers for a special occasion and chose next day delivery. Although they do say this may be 1-2 days delivery I did not receive my order. I was told 2 different things from the delivery company so was quite frustrated. The tracking on the delivery website still now says it's at the depot. I was happy to receive a full refund quickly but the flowers for the special occasion would have been much better.”
