“5⭐️ not enough for this company , I ordered on Saturday afternoon , very easy process , delivered on Monday the most beautiful flowers which are still going strong. Recommend to use this company used Interflora and other companies none of them could ev lose to EFLORIST”

“The delivery tracking was not the best I was not able to speak to the delivery drivers and the delivery arrived at like 7 pm not in the morning. Further to this the picture online vs the actual product was very deceiving.”

“Easy to order, good communication from point of ordering to the time the flowers are received by the recipient. Beautiful flowers that last at a reasonable price All the flowers that I have ordered have been delivered on the right day at the time given. EFlorist is a service that I will continue to use for a long time as is hassle free and value for money”

“Payment taken for next day delivery but 3 days later had still not been sent. Spoke with customer service who couldn't guarantee their partner would deliver a 'replacement' order the next day (which would have been 5 days after the order was originally placed), so the order was cancelled and I was told I'd have to wait a further 3-5 days for a refund. I wouldn't bother using them again as they were so unreliable.”

“What i like is price and warranty of delivery. because of this i can use eflorist always. unfortunately the main suprise with was note has a lot of printing errors it was my message mix with symbols or chinise symbols. because of this if i use eflorist again i will do it without note. i was bit frustrated and almost don't contact them but my wife smile and treat it as joke. i back home after two years in hospital she will be cry if not print error but at least she smile”

“The recipient told me the flowers were lovely and a week later they are only just beginning to 'turn' so the quality and value for money has been great. However, the delivery was rather late in the evening, after 9.30 pm and the recipient was an older lady who lives alone and she was nervous of opening the door at that time. Strange that I received notification that it was left on her porch at 18.09. She only discovered the flowers the following morning on her doorstep.”
