“My niece was absolutely delighted with her flowers and the chocolates added on were the icing on the cake for her. Beautiful flowers, delivered as instructed. Recommend excellent service.”

“Payment taken for next day delivery but 3 days later had still not been sent. Spoke with customer service who couldn't guarantee their partner would deliver a 'replacement' order the next day (which would have been 5 days after the order was originally placed), so the order was cancelled and I was told I'd have to wait a further 3-5 days for a refund. I wouldn't bother using them again as they were so unreliable.”

“Flowers arrived on time to both parties. Very fresh and in bud and 4 days later all beautifully in bloom. Service was excellent Would definitely recommend them and have. Will use again.”

“What i like is price and warranty of delivery. because of this i can use eflorist always. unfortunately the main suprise with was note has a lot of printing errors it was my message mix with symbols or chinise symbols. because of this if i use eflorist again i will do it without note. i was bit frustrated and almost don't contact them but my wife smile and treat it as joke. i back home after two years in hospital she will be cry if not print error but at least she smile”

“The recipient told me the flowers were lovely and a week later they are only just beginning to 'turn' so the quality and value for money has been great. However, the delivery was rather late in the evening, after 9.30 pm and the recipient was an older lady who lives alone and she was nervous of opening the door at that time. Strange that I received notification that it was left on her porch at 18.09. She only discovered the flowers the following morning on her doorstep.”

“Flowers dumped on doorstep despite recipient being in the entire day, and were not found until 7 hours later. Luckily they were not stolen as they easily could have been. Email to you regarding this has been ignored. Will not be using you again!”
